Shipping

We offer our customers a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs.  You will have the opportunity to select a preferred shipping method at time of purchase.  Shipping times will vary dependent on your location and method selected.  Your purchase will be shipped from our store within 48 hours of order confirmation.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.

To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If your order has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.

Please note that customers outside Canada shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.

Return Policy

The majority of our products are of a collectible, limited and often custom nature.  Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases on non-defective products.  Upon close inspection you may find unexpected minor variations between pieces (paint, scale, etc.).  These are considered a unique feature of the product and do not constitute a defect.  If however upon delivery you discover a piece is snapped, broken, torn or otherwise damaged, simply contact us and we will either refund, return or exchange the product (dependent on the particular piece).

If the products you receive do not match your order simply contact us and we will be sure to re-send your correct order upon return of the incorrect pieces.  Don't worry we will take care of the return shipping.  If due to due to the limited nature of the product we are unable to refill your order we will offer a refund or exchange upon return of the incorrect pieces.
